Danielle’s Fashion Inspired A – Z

Wed 28 Jan 2004 4:01 pm

Over the next month or so I plan to bring to you a new member of the fashion industry starting with A and (of course) ending in Z. You might not believe it, but there will ACTUALLY be a person for every letter in the alphabet, even Q! Ooooo Ahhhh! Yes, I know it is quite wonderful (insert smile here). In hopes to not neglect any area of the industry I will be showing off a wide aray of people in many different roles. These 26 people come from a colorful palette of designers (of course), models, photographers, hairdressers, make-up artists, milliners, shoe designers, and jewelry and accessory makers. Some of the 26 are legendary names that caught my eye and urged me to research further, others I already knew a deal about, and there are those that are new even to me, and struck such interest in me I just had to share. I would just burst if I couldn’t tell someone! Well hope you enjoy and that maybe something sparks your interest too!

Patricia Field. Sex And The City’s OTHER Leading Lady

Fri 16 Jan 2004 4:00 pm

Patricia field started her career in 1966 back when she opened a boutique in the Greenwich Village in New York. Starting in 1980 she began making a mad wave through the entertainment industry, designing costumes for television and film. Trendsetting through the years, Patricia has proudly received two Emmys for her good design works and is still being widely recognized for her continuing work designing the costumes for Sex and the City. Her designs are lively, with carefree movement and outrageous color! Full of spunk and dangerously fashion-forward lines! Patricia’s fashion mind may be in the past (actually the 1980’s), but despite where her mind lies her heart stays in the moment keeping Patricia both desired and accepted in what I might call an ‘outrage of trendy fashion RERUNS’.

Back to the Grind

Thu 15 Jan 2004 4:01 pm

Well, unfortunately all my company has left and now it is just back to me and the parentals. It is nice, but at the same time I am spending lots of time reading and doing art projects to keep myself from going totally insane with bordem. Let me just say that things aren’t all that exciting in the little town of Arlee, Montana. Well, no I guess we did have that elk walk through our back yard, and there was a pheasant on the road the other day. Now, THAT’s EXCITMENT! HA – just kidding none of that even happened. Well, now that I have loads of spare time on my hands again I will have no excuse to not do entries and new uploads on my site. SO! you should all be very excited cuz that means more content on it’s way. Happy New Year all. I just hope my decision on a resolution wont be too far behind.

Good-bye 2003. Hello New Year!

Thu 1 Jan 2004 4:03 pm

Another year gone by . . .

Hey . . . there are lots of pictures up and running in the photo section if you haven’t been there lately you should check it out. I know, it’s been quite awhile since I was online doing journal entries . . . sorry. I suspect that after the holidays my journal habits will be back to normal. :) I have lots of things to tell you all so . . . soon. :)

In the meantime . . . Happy New Year to you all. I wish you all the best of luck in 2004. 2003 I resolved to go an entire year with no hard liquor, no beer, and very little wine, and . . . I MADE IT! So I am proud to say that I stuck to a resolution, and for a whole year too! Well, hopefully 2004 will bring me just as much determination to keep my resolution. I just hope I can come up with something to resolve in by the next 2 days
